I joined the club 4 years ago when I was 11. I had a handicap 54 to start with, and it is now down to 12.

I have always enjoyed the friendship that is apparent at Kilsyth GC and I have made many friends at the club. I have found out that if you don’t give up and keep practicing, that you will see some rapid improvement to the consistency of your game.

I would urge all junior members, both new and not so new, to make the most of the facilities available to them at the club as this will enable you to enjoy the club to the full and hopefully enjoy getting that handicap down.
