Andy Morris the new caterer will start on the 22/5 and work weekends only until late June and Early July when the situation will be reviewed. initial catering hours – Saturday 7am – 3pm Sunday 8am – 3pm
Monday to Friday 12 noon until 22.30 pm
Saturday 11 am until 22.30 pm
Sunday 12 noon until 22.30 pm
Operating rules and procedures to comply with the Scottish Governments Covid Rules
1 Table Service
Members to use Bar Card only and order drink at Bar Hatch. Members to sit
at table and bar staff will serve drink at the table Bar staff will then collect empties
Repeat if ordering additional drink.
2 Two Hour Control
When the staff use members bar card the staff note in a book members name and time
on bar receipt and add 2 hours to note when the member has to leave
3 Physical Distance Based Capacity (PDBC or Maximum Capacity)
The tables will be laid out in accordance with this requirement – please observe and do not move the tables or chairs – 6 people from 3 households – the Maximum capacity as determined in accordance with the requirement will be prominently displayed.
4 Track and Trace
A The club has a QR Code to digitally record members NHS App will be required on your phone.
B Paper records will be used to record members name and phone number
C The member can opt to record on A or B
D These records are kept for 21 Days.
